Help with everyday questions
Ask a question and get the answer from your organisation's own documents, with the source attached so you can open the procedure and read more.
On phone, tablet and computer.
A question from the jobExample
Our internal transport system is down. How do we organise deliveries, who needs to know, and what should we record until it's back up and running?
During an outage, the operations coordinator arranges temporary collections with the departments affected. Requests are logged with collection point, destination and contact person. The coordinator prioritises tasks that can't wait.
Record the start time and any delayed deliveries. The operations coordinator tells departments when normal service can resume.
Examples only. The documents and answers are made up and must not be used as work instructions.
How it works
You don't need to know what the document's called or which folder it's in.
Your procedures, guidance and instructions are what the answers are based on.
Ask in your own words whenever you need help with a task.
The assistant pulls together what's relevant and shows where it comes from. You can open the document and read on.
See it in use
See how staff find help, and how managers follow up.
For managers
Staff questions show what matters day to day. Use the overview to improve your procedures and make training more relevant.
See the questions staff are looking for help with.
Find the questions your documents can't answer properly.
Use questions and feedback as a starting point for reviewing your guidance.
Hosting
We look after hosting and updates. Staff use it in their browser.
Run Videns assistent on your own infrastructure. Your IT team looks after hosting and the connections it needs, including AI and email.
The idea
Working as a porter at Aarhus University Hospital, I found it could take a while to find the right procedure when I was in the middle of a job.
That became the starting point for Videns assistent: making the knowledge at work easier to find and use every day.

Good to know
From the documents you've added. The assistant finds the relevant passages and uses AI to write an answer with references.
Yes. AI can misread a question or a document. The references let you check the answer, and anything critical should always be checked against the original procedure.
Access is managed through users and roles. Each person only sees the documents they have access to.
Workplaces where staff rely on procedures and guidance every day, such as hospitals, manufacturing, laundries and service companies.
That depends partly on whether it runs on our servers or yours. We go through hosting, access and data processing with you before you start.
